YOUR CUTTING PLAN
Build an estimate, panel by panel.
Illustrative example: hood, roof and trunk only. This is not a full-vehicle estimate.

HOW THE ESTIMATE WORKS
From panel sizes to roll length.
- 01
Add an edge allowance
Cut length = panel length + 2 × edge allowance.
- 02
Total the individual cuts
Multiply each cut by its quantity. The example totals 4.30 m.
- 03
Add extra material
Apply 10% allowance, then round 4.73 m up to 4.8 m.
Measure for the way the film will be installed.
Allow for curves, recesses, seams and rework. If the cut width exceeds the selected roll width, revise the layout with an installer.
A planning estimate, not a guaranteed yield or a pre-cut pattern.
