From a custom BMW reveal to basketball moments and packed fan interactions, LBFILM brought car culture and sport together at APAxpo 2026. Explore the moments that made the event memorable.
More than a car show
What happens when automotive design meets the energy of a basketball event? At APAxpo 2026, LBFILM brought those two worlds into the same space. Visitors came to see custom vehicles, meet fellow enthusiasts, and experience the excitement surrounding a distinctive BMW 5 Series project.
The exhibition floor offered more than static displays. A covered-car presentation drew attention, cameras followed the moments around the reveal, and the atmosphere shifted naturally from automotive showcase to community celebration. For LBFILM, it was a chance to demonstrate that a vehicle can be more than transportation: it can be a personal statement and a reason to bring people together.

The moment the cover came off
A black cover bearing the LBFILM name concealed the featured BMW before its unveiling. When the vehicle appeared, visitors could see a dark-grey finish combined with graphic details on the hood and body. The restrained palette let the car’s surfaces, proportions and visual accents do the talking.
Rather than overwhelm the bodywork with decoration, the design used a darker base and a carefully placed graphic language. Up close, the result invited viewers to study the lines instead of simply reacting to a loud color.

Basketball brought a different kind of energy
Basketball activities gave the event another point of connection. The presence of guest Xu Jie, introduced by LBFILM as part of its APAxpo activities, brought basketball fans and car enthusiasts into the same crowd. The two interests may look different, but both reward attention to detail, consistency and a style of your own.
For some visitors, the customized BMW was the main attraction. Others came for the sports crossover or the chance to share the moment with friends. Together, those experiences made the display feel like a meeting point rather than a conventional product stand.

Built for the people who show up
The strongest memories from a show often happen outside the main presentation: friends pointing out details on a vehicle, cameras raised for a group moment, or a crowd gathering around a shared interest. The APAxpo photo series captures exactly that sense of participation.
LBFILM continues to explore the space between automotive films, design and lifestyle. APAxpo 2026 offered a snapshot of that direction: creative vehicles on the floor, people in conversation and plenty of enthusiasm around the same shared passion.
